I love the juxtaposition of the band photos from the valley in 2003 and the dining room photos from Seattle twenty years later. It’s a trip that I’ve known you for almost that entire time. I’m curious what the series will be in 2043 and how photography as a medium will evolve.
There's probably a better thesis here about "longevity" overall with any sort of project in our lives, whether it's people or art or whatever. The discussion of where photography goes in the future is one that I would be willing to dedicate a large portion of my time to. Less the medium itself and what its role is in our lives as we tell stories, reflect, remember, etc.
